Guavate Puerto Rican Eatery & Bistro is an independent restaurant established in 2005, in Orlando Fl, by the Santos Burgos Family. Currently owned by one of the original Santos family member, Guavate is NOW located in the heart of Clermont. Our venue is on the ground level of the Florida Citrus Tower.
The Citrus Tower has been a Florida Icon since 1956 making Guavate an ideal destination for discerning locals and visitors who seek a unique environment, exclusivity, member amenities, and vibrant social events. Reservations on Saturdays and Sundays are limited to parties of twelve in order to maintain our service standards and provide every guest with a pleasant experience. Guavate can welcome groups of up to twenty from Wednesday through Friday with advance reservations when availability permits.
