Guavate Puerto Rican Eatery & Bistro is an independent restaurant established in 2005, in Orlando Fl, by the Santos Burgos Family. Currently owned by one of the original Santos family member, Guavate is NOW located in the heart of Clermont. Our venue is on the ground level of the Florida Citrus Tower.

Parties of six or more will have a 22% gratuity added and will receive one check for the entire table. Guests who wish to divide the cost may settle among themselves using cash, Zelle, or Cash App. This policy allows us to provide faster, smoother service and helps prevent delays or billing errors.
To maintain our service standards and ensure a pleasant experience for every guest, standard reservations are limited to parties of eight. Larger groups may be accommodated Wednesday through Friday, subject to availability, and must arrange their reservation in advance by phone. 352 708 4044
